Deadline for the Fair Brochure listing is July 30th!!! 

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS 

DIAMOND Sponsor – $5,000 and up

  • Your business or name will be mentioned as a sponsor on all radio ads
  • We will display name or business on TWO large banners at the Fairgrounds during the Fair
  • Your name will be mentioned at ALL events
  • Your name will be listed on the Fair Brochure
  • You will be thanked in the Galax Gazette and Carroll News for your support
  • You will be listed as a Sponsor on the Fair Website
  • Your name will appear at the TOP a large “Sponsorship” poster at the Fairgrounds

Platinum Sponsor – $1,000- $4,999

  • Your business or name will be mentioned as a sponsor on all radio ads
  • You may display your name or business on a large banner at the Fairgrounds during the Fair
  • Your name will be mentioned at the Horse Pull, Livestock Events, Horse Show, and Music stages
  • Your name will be listed on the Fair Brochure (if donation is received by July 30th)
  • You will be thanked in the Galax Gazette and Carroll News for your support
  • You will be listed as a Sponsor on the Fair Website
  • Your name will appear on a large “Sponsorship” poster at the Fairgrounds

 Gold Sponsor – $500 -$999 

  • You may display your name or business on a large banner at the Fairgrounds during the Fair
  • Your name will be mentioned at the Horse Pull, Livestock Events, Horse Show, and Music stages
  • Your name will be listed on the Fair Brochure (if donation received by July 30th)
  • You will be thanked in the Galax Gazette and Carroll News for your support

Silver Sponsor – $250 – $499

  • Your name will be mentioned at the Horse Pull, Livestock Events, Horse Show, and Music stages

  • You will be listed as a Sponsor on the Fair Website

Bronze Sponsor – $100 – $249

  • Your name will be listed on the Fair Brochure (if donation is received by July 30th)

  • Your name will appear on a large “Sponsorship” poster at the Fairgrounds

Associate Sponsor – UP to $50 – $99

  • You will be thanked in the Galax Gazette and Carroll News for your support
  • You will be listed as a Sponsor on the Fair Website
  • Your name will appear on a large “Sponsorship” poster at the Fairground
