The 2018 EXHIBIT BOOK has undergone an extensive overhaul especially in “G” Fine Arts and Crafts. If you don’t find a particular category that you feel should be listed or was listed in the past and want to enter it in  exhibits please bring it at registration. A category will be added at the time of entry by registration staff



                            SATURDAY, August 18th ~ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm                                 (non-perishables including photography)

                   SUNDAY, August 19th ~ 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm                              (perishables and non-perishables)

Exhibits should be brought to the Farmer’s Market – Wholesale (Dock) side -1st bay. This will be the 2nd entrance to the Market through the gates  (1st entrance is the Retail/Direct Sales).

All products must be grown or made by the exhibitor during the current calendar
year, unless otherwise specified in a category in the 2018 Exhibit Book.

Pick-up date for Exhibits will be Sunday, August 26th, 2018 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Exhibitors should download, print and carefully fill out their Entry Form and bring with their exhibit(s) at registration. Please print or type legibly. Pre-registration is not necessary in order to participate in the Fair Exhibits but is very highly recommended.

Again this year, individuals with Special Needs are encouraged to participate. Their designation on the Blue Entry Form will be  (SN), the Adults (A) on yellow paper  Youth (Y) on green paper.

Articles must be the work of the person in whose name they are entered.

All photographs must be taken from September 2017 to August 2018.

Youth may enter the Adult categories, but will be judged as Adult.  Black and White photographs can be entered into any category.

Entries are judged on appearance, composition, tone, balance, clarity, contrast, and suitability to category entered. Color photos will be judged on range of tones or contrast.

Only one entry per exhibitor per category.  Photos must be 8 x 10’s only or 8 ½ x 11 photo paper. No decorative borders, no frames.

** Photos can be securely mounted on 11 x 14 black foam core BEFORE they are entered or you may PURCHASE the black foam at the time of registration for $2.00 each.
